Title: Devon area internal report - measurement of dissolved oxygen levels in the Dart estuary - March 1996
Author: W. Loxton
Document Type: Monograph
Abstract:
Under the EC Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (UWWTD), the Dart Estuary has a qualifying discharge from Totnes STW and has been identified as possibly being "sensitive" ie. suffering or about to suffer from the effects of eutrophication. By 1997, this region must be able to demonstrate to the DOE whether the Dart estuary should be designated under the directive as "sensitive".
