This LEAP combines and replaces the Lower Witham Catchment Management Plan and Upper Witham LEAP which were produced in 1996 and 1997 respectively. The publication of the Witham Draft LEAP marks the start of a three month period of formal consultation enabling external organisations and the general public to work with the Environment Agency in planning the future of the local environment.
