Abstract:
Atlantic Salmon Trust Summer Journal 2007 is one of the two AST periodicals published in 2007. This report is also one of two special editions of the AST Journal celebrating the 40th anniversary of the founding of the trust in 1967. Contains regular AST news items in addition to historical articles concerning the AST and associated organisations/entities. Articles included in this journal are: "40th Anniversary Vignettes" by Derek Mills of AST and HSAP and Lord Nickson of AST; "What does the AST Biologist do?" by John Webb (AST); "Genetic Studies in Loch Feochan Rivers: dramatic new insights for salmon management from the analysis of DNA" by Dr. C.
