Title: Reproductive structures from an acanthocephalan
Description: Immature acanthors and shelled acanthors. Acanthors are the first step of postzygotic development and their morphology changes after being taken up by the intermediate crustacean host to form an acanthella. The acanthella stage is that between the acanthor and the larva that is infective to the final fish host.
