Abstract:
The Director of Operations identified the need to investigate aviation activity in the NRA with a view to establishing a single contract. It was considered that this could offer benefits to the NRA in terms of cost effectiveness and standardisation. The study aimed to identify regional NRA activities supported by aircraft and activities and tasks which could be improved if supported by aircraft. The possibility of establishing links with other agencies operating aircraft will be investigated and a report on the above is due on 9 December.
