Abstract:
This fishery survey of the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal was undertaken during April and May 1994. Whilst the survey forms part of a routine programme of work this investigation was prompted by complaints from anglers about the fishery. The official opening of the Canal to powered craft at the start of June was also seen as a source of potential change and a reason for obtaining baselirie data.
