Abstract:
This is a combined Annual Review of the West Cornwall and Fal and St Austell Streams Action Plans. It describes the progress that has been made since publication of the second annual review of both LEAP areas. The actions taken into account in this report are: quality of surface waters and groundwaters; farming; looking after wildlife and the historic environment; fisheries management; shellfisheries; meeting current and future demand for water; mining and quarrying; contaminated land; climate change;; flood defence; development pressures; waste management; air quality; and pollution prevention and contingency planning.
