The first Annual Review of the Final Report summarizes the progress made by the National Rivers Authority (NRA) and others, from September 1994 to September 1995. This is the first year of the five year action plan set out in the Final Report. It is recommended that this report is read in conjunction with both the River Torridge Catchment Management Plan Final Report and the Consultation Report.
