Ammonia emission

Ammonia (NH3) emission is normally reported as a mass flux, defined as the product of the difference in ammonia concentration between the source and the atmosphere and a mass transfer coefficient. dM/ dt = KL ([NH3(aq)] - [NH3(air)]) where: KL- mass transfer coefficient for NH3 (m/s), and dM/dt is the mass of NH3 released in time t(g/s).
