Abstract:
As public service pension schemes, the NRA Superannuation Fund and the NRA New Main and New Second Funds are statutorily exempt from the overriding provisions relating to the issue and content of a pension funds annual report; nevertheless, every effort has been made to ensure that this Report meets the major requirements imposed on other funds, allowing for the differences between statutory schemes and those operating under trust.
