This is the NRAs fourth Corporate Plan. It covers the NRA 1993/94 budget, which has already been agreed with Government, and outlines our future plans for 1994/95 to 1996/97. The Plan sets out: Performance against the NRA'S third Corporate Plan; Future direction and key priorities; Proposed use of resources and efficiency initiatives; Core function work programmes. The Plans contents reflect the NRA medium to long term core function and support service strategies, and the shorter term business plans of our 8 Head Office Directorates and 8 Regions.
