Abstract:
In March 2001, the Environment Agency published Water Resources for the Future: A Water Resources Strategy for England and Wales. At the time, the Agency stated its intention to publish an annual bulletin to report on progress made against the strategy. This is the second bulletin. It looks at the wider issues considered in the 2001 strategy. It is also reviewed the Agencys work in securing the sustainable development of water resources.
