Abstract:
The Pollution Control Statistics Report 1997 provides a summary and a graphical representation of water pollution incidents information and Pollution Control work loads for 1997. The data comes from the Region's Pollution Incidents database and area pollution control statistics reports. All the graphs and tables can be obtained in electronic format from the Water Quality section at Regional Head Office. This year an annex has been produced for each area. Annex 1-4 provides a graphical representation of pollution incidents statistics in Upper Severn, Lower Severn, Upper Trent and Lower Trent, respectively.
